WAVA (World Association of Visual Arts) - voluntary, independent, non-profit organization

About Us

The association is a voluntary, independent, non-profit, non-governmental, non-partisan organization of individuals and legal entities from around the world, formed by free association to achieve, protect and harmonize the interests of its members, as well as to perform activities to promote the true values ​​of visual arts and institutions from around the world working in the field of visual arts, in accordance with the Constitution and the Law of the country where the Association is headquartered, as well as in accordance with all international documents dealing with visual arts, arts and culture in general.

WAVA ACTIVITIES

In the decision-making process, the committee (consists of representatives by the WAVA and the Florence Biennale) was guided by the level of artists' artworks connection with the theme of the Florence Biennale 2021 (“Concepts of Femininity in Contemporary Art”), the originality in the artistic expression, and quality of the artwork creation.
 
Vladimir Paun Vrapciu is a Romanian contemporary painter who is an extraordinary role model as an artist, in the first place because of the infinite search of his own interior.
