The association is a voluntary, independent, non-profit, non-governmental, non-partisan organization of individuals and legal entities from around the world, formed by free association to achieve, protect and harmonize the interests of its members, as well as to perform activities to promote the true values of visual arts and institutions from around the world working in the field of visual arts, in accordance with the Constitution and the Law of the country where the Association is headquartered, as well as in accordance with all international documents dealing with visual arts, arts and culture in general.
